FoodEmul is the emulsifier brand of Shijiazhuang Victory Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. We export sorbitan esters and polysorbates produced by Jiangsu Lihong Technology Development Co., Ltd. for food manufacturers outside China.
Orders are contracted and shipped by Shijiazhuang Victory Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.; production is carried out by Jiangsu Lihong.

Batch Control on a DCS
Batch control at the manufacturing site runs on a DCS (distributed control system), which monitors the synthesis in real time and logs process parameters for each batch. Consistent parameters are what keep specifications stable from lot to lot.
Rigorous Quality Control & Finished Product Testing
Each batch is analysed against the agreed specification before dispatch. Results are compared with GB 25552 / GB 25553 limits, and certificate copies accompany the shipment.

Traceability and Sample Retention
Every batch carries a unique lot number. Retention samples are kept for the agreed period, so a specification question can be checked against the physical sample rather than a re-test.

- Jiangsu Lihong runs a dedicated R&D centre for surfactant development, equipped for formulation and application testing.
- New grades and adjustments to existing specifications are developed there before they reach the market.
- FoodEmul turns those specifications into a starting formulation for customers: suggesting the right grade, HLB pairing and trial quantity before an order is placed.
